For as long as I can remember, the kitchen has been my shelter, my setting and my source of inspiration.
Born and raised in the city of Barcelona, my passion for gastronomy is rooted in every aroma, flavor and texture that I have experienced in my life: I recall with nostalgia the taste of my grandmother's croquettes, cannelloni and milk rice.
I then thought I wanted to cook like her! And that's how my culinary journey began.
I started at the prestigious Hofmann School, where I discovered that dishes can not only nourish the body, but also captivate the senses. Since then, I have had the opportunity to work in iconic places such as Coure, Semon and Vakuum, where I have learned from culinary masters and perfected my own style.
I have had the privilege of sharing my devotion as a private chef in the picturesque Mediterranean villas and in the homes of people like you, who appreciate good food as much as I do.
